The successful candidate will be responsiblefor overseeing all aspects of the project, frominitiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery,budget adherence, and high-quality standards. Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and support.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, encouraging teamwork and communication.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented.
* Work closely with the finance department to monitor financial performance against project budgets.
Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and milestones.
Monitor progress and implement adjustments as needeu ensure on-time project delivery
Establish and enforce quality standards for design, engineering, and construction activities.
Conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
Implement risk management plans and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Implementing the latest OETC HSE Policy through site HSE Officers

Position:

Consultant Prroject manager (Electrical) for Grid Station & OHL Project

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Englineering with PMP Certification

Experiences:

20 years Working at least one similar type of project as consultant PM at OETC/Oman Similar Experience in GCC
